Do you know where and how to get the updates?
Permalink Reply by Caine Szymkow on November 15, 2011 at 18:34 Thanks I will have a look at the system set up menu. The proplem is it only happens some times. and when it does i can't see stuff all. so cant adjust anything.

I just update the firmware and mine has do the same thing really dark cant see it.
Permalink Reply by Anthony Burke on November 16, 2011 at 17:30 The way i get the updates is by going to the Aim Australia website. Click on downloads and you'll find the latest version of the software. Generally they're just fixing bugs that most of us never knew we had. One of the recent ones is quite useful in that it remebers the actual track set-ups (rather than having to re-enter the sectors etc. every time).
I use the data key to download and upload the info. If you don't have a data key, I strongly suggest you get one - it's amazing what you can find with the race studio software. I keep finding new functions and stuff all the time (although i still can't drive to save myself!).
Permalink Reply by Matt Clarke on November 16, 2011 at 17:58 Any idea how to set-up 2 drivers on it? Not having much luck...
Permalink Reply by David Arnold on November 16, 2011 at 18:18 I think it is in the set up menu, just like setting different tracks for memory.
Permalink Reply by Anthony Burke on November 16, 2011 at 20:40 Go to "control panel" then look for the helmet icon - select driver.
Permalink Reply by Matt Clarke on November 17, 2011 at 12:48 Thanks guys. I'll have another look tonight. Its probably staring me in the face (I'm unusually stupid with such things...). Mind you I should really just give it to my 6-yo to sort.

Permalink Reply by Michael Hazelton on December 8, 2011 at 16:19 Mychron 4 = great to use, easy menus, sensors reliable, dash crashes / fails often
Alfano Pro = terrible to use, clunky menus, sensors rarely fail, dash rarely fail.
So have a great system that never works, or have a crap system, that always works, but you never want to use it...
