Mychron 4 issues

My sons mychron 4 screen is really dark to the point you can hardly see it most of the time. I have changed the battery so it's not that. I can't see any settings to make it brighter. Any ideas?

KKC in the UK are the distributors over there

They are very helpful and it cost me $18 for them to send it back to me here in Aus - they replaced the bottom right button for £5 from memory.......also at the moment, if you send them your old Mychron, you can upgrade to a brand new one for £75 I think - which is $110 ish.......might be worth a look......
