Hi all.  Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but Clubman Heavy driver Kieran Brennan was killed in a car accident a week ago.  Kieran's dad Luke has just informed us, but there is no further detail.  Kieran was a much valued customer and friend of MKC who was a genuinely ripper bloke who loved the sport.  He raced Monaco kart number 89 in Clubman Heavy and will be missed by many.  Bye mate...

Roger,

Just passed this on to Tim. We are both shocked at the loss. Please pass on to Luke our condolences. The Oakleigh Clubman Heavy boys, while unfortunately not a big group, were quite close. I'm sure they'll all be saddened at the loss of a mate and fellow competitor.

Regards
Colin and Tim Edwards
It is with great shock that we hear of the passing of one of Oakleigh's Clubman Heavy karters Kieran's life has been cut short way to early.

On behalf of the Committee, members and their families, the Oakleigh Go Kart Racing Club would like to extend their deepest sympathy to Keiran's family at this very sad time.

RIP Kieran
I'm really sorry to hear that Rog. It's so sad to lose Kieran so young.

As a karter and an Old Xav,
RIP Kieran
Kieran was a Clean Driver and was a very nice person to every one,

he was the sort of guy who you could race wheel to wheel with.

RIP Kieran,
Such sad news! I can't believe we have to lose such nice people at any time, but for Kieran to be so young with the world at his feet. Brooke and I loved to be pitted next to Kieran and Luke and are gutted by this sad sad news. Our condolences to Luke and the Brennan family for your loss. Brock and Brooke Green
R.I.P mate we'll cherish our memories!
Kieran was a top bloke, we traveled around Victoria together a lot to various meetings shared motel rooms and many laughs. I will really miss his company. The really sad thing is I left a voice mail message on his phone yesterday asking if he wanted to come race with me in Ballarat this weekend ( obviously had no idea about the tragic news ).

To Brennan family I am very sorry for your loss.

I will miss ya mate. R.I.P
I was absolutely shocked to hear of Kierans passing, and sorry that i could not make the funeral.
Having been friends of Luke and Kierens for a number of years through the Swan Hill kart club, I would like to pass on my deepest sympathys to the Brennan family in this terrible time.
I had only just had a conversation with Luke about Kieran a couple of weeks ago, and for a man who showed so much love and respect for his son, we can only imagine what he and his family is going through, and offer our support in this terrible time
Rest in peace mate
