Hi,

 

what are you using- FVRV8, V8Factor, or something else???

G'day

we run V8Factor because it is much better quiality than FVR. i know ,some leagues run FVR because thaey have current skins for the 2011 season, but AusSim runs custom skins, making v8factor the hands down choice, everything you'll need to make your own skins is available on the webiste, and i you cant find it just ask

How do you create the link of the skin when you register? I made a car, but I can't work out how to make the link.

sorry to bug you again...

 I downloaded the track pack, and they all work apart from Townsville and Barbagallo, do you have any ideas why?

I know I keep asking questions but I'm trying to make sure that I am ready for round 1.

alright, I've got Barbagallo working, but I'm still having trouble with Townsville. It says error loading FVRTownsvilleV1GMT.mas

Also, I still need some help on getting the skin link to you.

G'day

to create a link to your skin, you'll need to go to a file hosting site like mediafire or megaupload. there (if required, (megaupload you wont, mediafire you will) need to create an account), and then upload your file in a rar, zip or 7z file. zip or 7z is usually default with windows (its in accessories) then post the link in the registration post. The administrator will then download all the skins and create a skin pack, so look out for that in the next few days! as for the tracks you can get Barbergallo here > http://www.rfactorcentral.com/detail.cfm?ID=Wanneroo, and Townsville i'd have to find again. Other than that you should be good to go for round 1!

oh i almost forgot! we are still running the old version of v8factor unleashed because, its such short notice to change version 4 days before the league starts! so we are still running these

This should be the last thing I need to get straight before round 1....

This is the first time I have done league racing before, (previously I have just joined any public server,) so I'm not quite sure how it works. On Wednesday night, do I go on to rFactor and look for the server and type in the password or does it work differently.

Also, I do not know what the server is called or what the password is...
