Brooke Topp driving for Kartsmart Maranello took out the Clubman Light feature class at Toowoomba last weekend. 2nd in the first heat from the rear, then 3 wins to finish the day. Its very encouraging to see the pace starting to come from the RS9 chassis.

On Sun April 18 Scott Hurford & myself with families in toe travelled to Lithgow for RD2 of the Super Tag Series. Scott had a good run all weekend to find himself with a 5th place in the final while i had started off towards the backend Qualifing 7. The next few races i found my head with the Marranello putting it on the front row for the final, with a simple mistake on one corner i left a small gap & 2nd was taken. Overall a 3rd for the first time at Lithgow was a great result. Thanks to scott (karting revolution) DKS race engines & Maranello for the great kart.

Hi Maranello Drivers, i'm after some info on the chassis. Is it true that a maranello is basicly a red crg? (i used to drive a kosmic, and i called it the blue tonykart) I'm a big fan of the apperance of the maranello, and on the weekend just gone, i did heaps of laps in a mates crg kt1 and thought WOW! This is much better than my arrow x1, but if i'm going to switch i'd prefer drive a maranello simply because they look great and are not as popular as crg... So i race rotax light & over 35's @ 170kg, can you reccommend either a rs7 or rs9, and are all crg axles etc compatible with the maranello.
Thanks guys, any advice would be appreciated.

For kz the rs8 is good, Ryan used the rs10 at HH, it depends on track conditions, If you are looking for grip, the rs8 is better, but on rubbered up tracks I still think the rs10.
