Newcastle ...what a great couple of days! Finished well but not before blowing a head gasket. My shoulder was getting hot and I thought I was on fire..... just a bit of blow-by haha!  Apparently you can only anneal and reuse copper gaskets 3 x times...not 4.  Long live the Victa.  And Heath...yes Chippo has worn out his tyres...it can happen with Victa's...just takes a while.

Hi all cant make Newcastle  I have just got out of hospital after 6 days went in for irregular heart beat they found I had influenza "A" still infectious until Monday might try to have a look on Saturday I will be the one wearing the mask who you should avoid. Disappointing as I wanted to run in a set of tyres for Ipswich I guess I will have to go to Newi in a week or so

About time Mike. All you need to do now is add a reed valve and place it on the crank case.

Good stuff, looking forward to it, Mark, had some washes brazed to the low speed jets, should make life a bit easier!!.

Yep Newy sounds good for a go!  Especially since I live there.  Big news .. I may have ditched the Mikuni for the Tilly...woohoo. Fixed up some air leaks (realised why the Mikuni was so hard to tune now). Nearly ready.

I will be there if there is a push kart available
