I've added some photos from the QVHK Demo at Toowoomba Kart Club to the gallery. There are lots more shots on the QVHK and Toowoomba Kart Club Facebook pages. Fabulous meeting with the F100 karts there as well. Total entries for the day were 178 with 27 vintage karts out on track together.

The newest kart club in Australia will be running its first event on September 1st at the Barossa gokart club track here in SA.  We are offering a senior open class in which Vintage karts are welcome to come and race.  Only condition is they must have sidepods and nosecone, so possibly limited to later eras. Entry fee is just $50 and all details can be found on our website www.kartsportsa.com.au.

David,

I did have one but gave it away when I started on my 125. I do have a few 160 bits still but not going to do anything with them

Max.

Hi all,

From memory there was someone fiddling with 160 Victa stuff ?

If that’s you, then I have some things you may be interested in.

Albury / Wodonga 2018 - where even the little yellow Macs get to live again  (Michael Burrell's nemesis). Come and be part of the Mac challenge.

I am sad to report the passing of Jack Parker - one of Qld karting's elder statesmen and QVHK life member.
