Hi Allan.

The Compet we still own along with a winner also.

The Compet had a removable bar at the back. The photo was at a Bendigo Street race in Inter Light in 1988. I finished third. The kart is a 1984 model and was a genuine black one. If you send me your email on kartbook I will get some photos and email them too you. I think it has a 32mm axle from memory.
