"Hi Gary, Your comment about the needing more old motors is spot on... I am thinking what to put on my beast when I finish. It is big and heavy. I should take some comparison photos. It has a 50" wheel base! Merv did once race CZs, but gave all…"

"Hi Heath, If I spot another Mk I or Mk III I'll keep to in mind.. I'm trying to get the full set, with only  the Mk II and the Taipan to go. Interestingly enough, I have missed one Mk II on eBay (in Melbourne), as they have been sold…"

"Hi Heath, It's a Mark I Tri-Mec. The front end has been altered, but all the original parts are still there...About 50 to 60 of them were made. From what I can gather they were, like most of the early 1960 kart outmoded very quickly. The kart…"

Allan

I have only had small stuff sent. I think Gary Blank may be able to help. I am sure he has had at least one chassis sent to him

Hi Alan,

I am still not 100% sure on which part broke first, there was no rattlle, just an oh mighty klunk. I think maybe the big end on the rod let go, It spat the roller bearings from the bottom of Rod out the rotary valve and they went outside of the slide plate on the carby before it stopped.I have not stripped the bottom end yet, maybe when i get over the depression!!

Not ouch for me, I'm about to pay more than that for one, what can I do? I've been looking for ages, if I need one I just have to pay whatever I have to. Unfortunately we're not dealing with over the counter stuff. I found one for US$20 the other for US$50 but atleast I can get my motors finished now. Justin
