"Check that your exhaust is not cracked on the flange around the first mounting bracket. I had a similar issue. While the engine was cold it was good but when it got hotter the crack must have opened up. "

"About 60 C is when is when the bottom end starts to lose a bit of power , i tried taking some grip away from the kart"
