My sons mychron 4 screen is really dark to the point you can hardly see it most of the time. I have changed the battery so it's not that. I can't see any settings to make it brighter. Any ideas?

I put one on and rotated it. The teeth don't fluidly run through the chain. It looks crap. The chain sits really high on the sprocket. Is this normal does the sprocket need to wear in. Or have I been ripped off
