"I agree with Richard. Whole time i was running rotax only time i would run it on the stand was first thing in morning or just after a jet change, just to make sure it fires and fuel is up. I did on the occasional sub 5 degree day run it up to 35…"

"Running on the stand is a no no in my books to warm up an engine. It usually warms up sufficiently on track. Most times the starter will give 2 laps to do so otherwise cover the radiator with your hand or some tape."
