It is indeed an honour to be ranked amoung the friends of the late Bob Peterson.

Peto as he was known way back in the early days of karting was a real asset to the sport.

He and Ken Mitchell were a great help to me when I first got into karting in about 1964 . I joined the ASI Camden kart club and those blokes were always there to help .

I am most interested to see the old photos that are posted on Petos site asit brings back some wonderfull memories of the early days of karting.

My number in those days was 521. we did it on a shoe string in those days! Peto waws always arounde to help when we needed it.

I think it is a great tribute that his son has set up this site in memory of a great karter in Robert Howard Peterson
