"Your A/F ratio however can sway it a few thousand rpm. Lean will open early and rich will open later.   And then adding a restrictor will open it earlier again, as there is more back pressure on the PV side of the restrictor."

"they are different over the years and probably do compress,  i just stretched mine out longer and re adjusted the red button. according to the rotax manual the red button only gives 300rpm change from all the way in to all the way out."

"telling people to set the amount of clicks in and out is irrelevant when you dont what length the spring is or the jetting or how kart is driven/setup. if you can get a pv sensor on the kart even borrowed for 1 session it will tell you when it is…"
